Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Demo Site Manager to own strategy, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our demo environments. You will ensure they are realistic, reliable, and aligned with go-to-market needs, bridging technical execution, enablement, and storytelling for world-class demos.

You will coordinate with Product, IT, and Solutions Consulting leadership to evolve the demo ecosystem with Rippling’s growth, maintaining security, access, and scalable builds for varied industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Demo Engineering.
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and demo workflows.
• Technical fluency in HRIS/Payroll/IT platforms.
• Proficiency with Jira, Slack, and data/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and health of all demo environments.
• Own configuration, cleanup, and optimization of managed demo sites.
• Collaborate with Product GTM and Engineering to ensure stable feature demos.
• Design and maintain industry- and persona-specific demo environments.
• Escalate issues via Jira and communicate resolutions to field teams.
• Track demo usage, health trends, and resolution metrics for MBRs.
• Manage access control and data hygiene across demo environments.
• Publish updates and document best practices for the team.
