Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Demo Site Manager to own the strategy, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our demo environments. You’ll ensure demos are realistic, reliable, and aligned with our go-to-market needs, bridging technical execution, enablement, and storytelling to empower GTM teams.

As the central owner for demo site health, you’ll partner with Product, Tools, IT, and Solutions Consulting leadership to evolve the demo ecosystem with Rippling’s growth, manage access, and publish updates

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Demo Engineering.
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and demo workflows.
• Technical fluency in HRIS/Payroll/IT platforms.
• Proficient with Jira, Slack, and data/reporting tools Looker/Tableau.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, incidents, and health of all demo environments.
• Maintain visibility into uptime, stability, and performance.
• Own configuration and optimization of managed demo sites.
• Create new managed demo sites based on industry and global needs.
• Partner with IT and R&D to explore improved infrastructure capabilities (automation, environment resets).
• Collaborate with Product GTM and Engineering to ensure features are integrated in demos.
• Develop reusable demo scripts and assets to standardize storytelling across the field.
• Escalate issues via Jira and communicate known issues to field teams.
• Track demo usage and report metrics in monthly reviews.
