• Reading simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to read and comprehend written guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provides dementia care following a person-centered service plan.
• Assists residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal assistance).
• Participates in team meetings and communicates resident needs.
• Maintains and updates resident records and documents changes.
• Follows medication policies and state regulations when permitted.
• Maintains a safe, clean living environment for residents.
