Brookdale Senior Living is seeking staff to provide dementia care and meaningful engagement for residents in a supportive, home-like setting. You will follow individualized service plans, assist with ADLs, and promote independence and dignity across activities and meals.

As part of a collaborative care team, you’ll document observations, participate in care plan updates, and help residents maintain routines while ensuring safety and comfort.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and 3–6 months related dementia care experience or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of dementia and person-centered care approaches.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide dementia care including ADL assistance and meaningful engagement.
• Support residents with daily activities, meals, and mobility as outlined in care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in resident condition to supervisors.
• Encourage resident participation in daily programs and social activities.
• Work with the care team to create a respectful, safe, and engaging environment.
