Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Clare Bridge Program Assistant to support person-centered dementia programming and engagement within a Brookdale community. You will assist the Program Manager in delivering meaningful activities that respect residents’ routines, preferences, and abilities, while promoting independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults and dementia preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean three-year driving abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clare Bridge Program Manager/Coordinator in leading and implementing person-centered dementia-friendly programs.
• Support the review of residents’ service plans and program documentation.
• Ensure dementia care programs comply with state, federal, and Brookdale standards.
• Provide guidance to associates on programming/engagement and quality of life.
• Coordinate and participate in community events, tours, and open houses.

Education
