Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of paid media and email strategy and performance.
• Hands-on experience using AI to improve campaign development, personalization, analysis, experimentation, or marketing workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated demand campaigns to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities.
• Own paid media, email, nurture, web, and emerging channels strategy and performance.
• Collaborate with Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Events, Marketing Operations, and Sales to align campaigns.
• Measure performance, run experiments, and optimize funnel investments.
