Artera is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and execute integrated programs across paid media, email, web, and emerging channels, turning growth priorities into measurable pipeline.

You’ll own demand program strategy, oversee agencies, and collaborate with content, product marketing, events, and sales to connect audiences, content, and channels into cohesive buyer experiences that drive revenue. Based in Seattle or Santa Barbara, with a 10% annual bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience building integrated demand programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills using funnel and campaign data to diagnose performance and inform investments.
• Hands-on experience using AI to improve campaign development, personalization, analysis, experimentation, or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline development by driving integrated demand campaigns across paid media, email, web, and emerging channels.
• Lead strategy for pipeline creation and acceleration with targeted audience, content, and CTAs across the funnel.
• Coordinate with Sales, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Events, and agencies to maximize pipeline impact.
• Measure performance, run experiments, and optimize investment with AI-enabled workflow enhancements.
