Job summary

Fullsteam is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for Commerce7 to own our pipeline engine, manage multi-channel campaigns, and lead outbound and ABM programs. You will partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to drive demo targets and new-logo growth across the Canadian market.

You will build and optimize campaigns, own email strategy, and activate proof assets. A strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, HubSpot, and analytics is required, with a focus on measurable demand generation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years marketing experience with focus on demand gen/campaigns/digital.
• Outbound or ABM program experience preferred.
• Marketing automation (HubSpot) and analytics tools experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Cross-team collaboration with Sales.
• B2B SaaS or tech marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own new-logo pipeline and demo targets in partnership with Sales.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including paid strategies.
• Own outbound and account-based programs with target lists.
• Develop and deploy customer stories and proof assets across campaigns.
• Set organic social strategy and calendar direction.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and RevOps to optimize performance.
