Job summary

Bombora, the true B2B data pioneer, seeks a Manager, Demand Generation to lead strategy and execution of integrated campaigns across the full product suite. You will partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Ops to identify demand opportunities and drive pipeline growth, delivering campaigns from strategy through measurement.

You will manage multi-channel programs (paid media, email, content, webinars, events, social) and align with Sales to optimize lead handoffs while tracking

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and ABM focused on ad tech and data categories.
• Track record building campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1: many) to engage prospects across the buyer journey.
• Experience using multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, content, webinars, events, social).
• Experience working with Sales to build integrated Sales motions and lead handoffs.
• Experience applying campaign metrics to optimize demand campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end ideation, development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to identify demand opportunities and structure campaigns.
• Oversee Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creative, and external agencies to create assets and bring campaigns to market.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless lead handoffs from marketing to sales.
• Monitor, track, and report campaign performance using key B2B Enterprise KPIs.
