Job summary

ReliaQuest, a leading AI cybersecurity company, seeks a Demand Generation Manager to lead a team of Demand Generation Specialists. You will own the strategy and execution across paid media, email, web, SEO, webinars, democasts, and events, aligning with sales to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

You will build the quarterly demand plan, coach the team, review performance, and own reporting using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with strong full-funnel demand generation skills.
• Strategic thinker who can set direction and prioritize trade-offs.
• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and attribution to support teams.
• Experience helping junior marketers grow their skills and confidence.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving processes.
• Strong stakeholder management to align Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the demand generation plan with quarterly goals, channel mix, and budget.
• Lead and develop Demand Generation Specialists; coach toward ownership.
• Review performance across paid, email, web, and events; adjust focus as needed.
• Represent demand generation in cross-functional planning with Sales, Creative, and Web teams.
• Own reporting narrative using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo for leadership.
