Job summary

RTA Fleet in Glendale, AZ seeks a Manager, Demand Generation to own the inbound pipeline and orchestrate content from podcasts, webinars, and campaigns, amplified with AI.

This is a player-coach role; you’ll lead two teammates, drive channel expansion, and hand qualified leads to the SDRs while keeping quality and speed high.

You’ll convert assets into multi-format content, write landing pages and emails with AI, and optimize every channel to grow brand awareness and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Content orchestration and distribution across podcasts, webinars, and campaigns.
• Publish podcast episodes and clips to YouTube, Simplecast, Spotify, and the RTA website; write and post companion articles.
• Write campaign content across formats: social posts, video scripts, landing pages, emails, and session titles/abstracts.
• Owns email execution: webinar promos, newsletters, product release announcements in HubSpot.
• Owns SEO and AEO across YouTube and the website, plus post-launch optimization of thumbnails, CTAs, and copy.
• Coordinates PR execution: editing press materials.
