Job summary

RMF is an established MEP engineering firm with 12 offices across the eastern US. The Knowledge Manager Specialist will maintain Deltek Vantagepoint data, ensuring accuracy for project, client, employee, and business development records.

Salary range offered is $70,000-$80,000 annually, with consideration of scope, responsibilities, and candidate experience. The role emphasizes data governance, reporting, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic desire to engage in business systems and process improvement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Content management systems (CMS), experience with Vantagepoint preferred.
• Experience with RFP processes and business development a plus.
• Experience in an engineering, architecture, or professional services firm preferred.
• Knowledge of project-based business operations and business development processes.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with data quality management and CRM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project, client, contact, employee, and pursuit information in Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Review and update records to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Establish and maintain standardized naming conventions and data entry procedures.
• Monitor databases for duplicate, outdated, or inaccurate records and perform regular cleanup activities.
• Process project setups, client updates, employee information, and organizational changes.
• Perform regular audits to identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with department managers.
• Maintain documentation of data management procedures and workflows.
• Assist with data validation for proposals, project tracking, and business development activities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
