Qualifications

• Must have strong data quality and governance mindset.
• Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint for project/client/employee data.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Ability to create and interpret reports and dashboards.
• Interest in business systems and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project, client, contact, employee, and pursuit information in Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Review records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Maintain standardized naming conventions and data entry procedures.
• Monitor for duplicates and outdated records; perform cleanups.
• Support data validation for proposals, project tracking, and business development.
