Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to maintain client relationships and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations for clients in government contracting and non-profit sectors. You will oversee staff, guide project phases, and drive business development initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing integrations, ensuring compliance with FAR/CAS, and developing policies to secure new business while expanding existing client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience including accounting and system-focused knowledge.
• Strong experience with ERP implementations and government contracting or regulated industries.
• Proven track record managing people, projects, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead implementations for Deltek Costpoint and core offerings.
• Manage technology integrations through projects and with Deltek knowledge.
• Oversee project phases using BDO framework and liaise with clients to meet objectives.
• PM responsibilities for implementation engagements, independently and with teams.
• Interpret compliance related to Deltek and other technologies for clients.
• Develop policies on accounting, contracts, and pricing; participate in BD meetings.
• Grow the practice through client expansion and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as required.
