Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to lead client engagements, oversee Deltek Costpoint implementations and related integrations, and manage staff from Associates to Senior Managers.

You will guide project delivery, ensure compliance with government contracting and nonprofit sectors, foster client relationships, and drive growth through process improvements and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Advanced degree and Deltek Costpoint experience preferred.
• Experience in government contracting or nonprofit sectors is valued.

Responsibilities

• Architects and leads Deltek Costpoint implementations and related offerings.
• Project management of implementations and integrations with Deltek knowledge.
• Advise on policies, contracts, and pricing for client initiatives.
• Grow the practice through client expansion and process improvements.
• Supervise, develop, and train staff within the consulting group.
