Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Practice Director for the Deltek ISS group to manage relationships with clients and oversee staff from Associates to Senior Managers. You will guide Deltek Costpoint implementations and related integrations for clients in heavily regulated sectors, including government contracting and nonprofits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Ten+ years of ERP and accounting systems experience is required.
• Experience with government contracting, nonprofit, and regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead implementations for Deltek Costpoint and core offerings.
• Manage technology integrations and project management across engagements.
• Oversee staff from Associates to Senior Managers and train teams.
• Develop client relationships and assist with business development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and GSA schedules and policies.
• Provide feedback and career development for staff.
