Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to oversee Deltek Costpoint implementations, client relationships, and staff development in a regulated industry environment. The role focuses on delivering complex ERP projects, expanding the practice, and ensuring alignment with BDO’s governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more of relevant experience including accounting and systems knowledge.
• Familiar with ERP and technology implementation best practices.
• Experience with Government contracting, nonprofit, and other highly regulated industries preferred.
• History of managing people, projects, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations for clients.
• Manage integrations and project performance with staff.
• Ensure project objectives using BDO framework and client collaboration.
• Oversee engagement delivery for core Deltek offerings.
• Develop policies related to accounting, contracts, and pricing; support business development meetings.
• Grow the practice via client expansion and process improvements.
• Other duties as required.
