Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to lead client relationships and Deltek Costpoint implementations for government contracting and nonprofit clients in the New York area. You will supervise staff from Associates to Senior Managers, oversee engagements, and ensure delivery within regulatory frameworks.

The role requires extensive ERP/Deltek experience, strong leadership, and a track record of driving projects and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Ten+ years of accounting and systems experience.
• Experience with government contracting, nonprofit, and other regulated industries is valued.

Responsibilities

• Architects and leads implementations for Deltek Costpoint and core offerings.
• Manages technology integrations and Deltek knowledge in projects.
• Oversees project phases and works with clients to meet objectives.
• Manages implementation engagements independently and with teams.
• Ensures compliance considerations for Deltek and related tech.
