Job summary

NECI is seeking an experienced automation engineer to lead cross-domain automation projects. The role emphasizes DeltaV expertise, sales-support leadership, and delivering technically sound proposals with NECI's delivery teams.

This on-site position requires collaboration with customers and travel within the New England region. You'll drive technical scope, engage in front-end consulting, mentor technical leads, and help pursue billable engagements while ensuring solutions meet customer needs

Qualifications

10 years engineering experience on shop floor industrial systems.
Experience with DeltaV and Rockwell PLC systems.
Background in manufacturing intelligence and data integration.
Knowledge of ISA/ISPE standards and life science regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions with customers to design optimal automation solutions.
Develop plans for execution with NECI's delivery teams and monitor progress.
Lead technical portion of proposals and estimate scope.
Identify opportunities for billable consulting engagements and growth.
Travel within New England region as required.
