Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal DeltaV Automation Engineer to lead Emerson DeltaV capabilities across North America, shaping standards and mentoring engineers.
The role includes defining technical direction, building reusable assets, and guiding complex automation projects in regulated environments. The successful candidate will influence DeltaV strategy, collaborate with leadership, and grow a DeltaV practice while delivering challenging greenfield, brownfield, and migration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on Emerson DeltaV experience.
- Experience serving as technical lead, SME, or principal engineer.
- Ability to architect complex DeltaV solutions from concept to startup.
- Strong knowledge of DeltaV components and architecture.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Matrix's lead technical authority for Emerson DeltaV systems.
- Architect complex DeltaV solutions for regulated facilities.
- Develop and maintain reusable libraries, templates, and standards.
- Mentor and develop automation engineers across teams.
- Support proposal development, project estimating, and client presentations.
