Job summary

Sartorius is hiring a remote-based Product Specialist Automation Delta V to drive growth and customer adoption across the region. You will lead technical sales activities at customer sites, coordinate demos and training, and collaborate with PD/PM on product launches while maintaining strong CRM data in SFDC.

You will travel up to 50% to engage external customers, train sales staff, and promote messages at conferences, building relationships with key opinion leaders to strengthen Sartorius'

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience integrating manufacturing systems with Delta V.
• 3+ years in the Biopharmaceutical industry.
• Automation leadership with strong technical know-how.
• Data-driven mindset with business impact focus.
• Customer-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven sales enablement experience and teamwork.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in SFDC and CRM usage; willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical sales leader for assigned products and drive regional targets at customer sites.
• Manage and document leads and opportunities in SFDC; track activities and interactions.
• Analyze SFDC data alongside field visits to identify trends and insights.
• Train sales staff to maintain high product knowledge across the organization.
• Collaborate with PD and PM on development, launches, and voice-of-customer insights.
• Promote product messages at conferences and build relationships with KOLs.
• Lead technical and quality escalations for the products.
