Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. seeks a Principal DeltaV Automation Engineer to expand DeltaV capabilities across North America. The role offers leadership of technical strategy, development of a growing DeltaV practice, and mentorship of automation engineers while engaging in challenging client projects.

The position is salaried with overtime, and office locations exist nationwide, with possible remote option for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years hands-on Emerson DeltaV experience.
• Proven ability to architect DeltaV solutions from concept through startup.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: serve as lead technical authority for Emerson DeltaV systems and establish engineering standards.
• Project Delivery: lead design and implementation of greenfield/brownfield DeltaV projects and system lifecycle activities.
• Practice Development: develop reusable libraries, templates, and validation packages; collaborate on growth initiatives.
• Talent Development: mentor and develop DeltaV engineers and support recruiting and training.
