Olen Living in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Property Manager for a multi-family community. You will lead leasing, maintenance and financial operations, ensuring resident satisfaction and strong market performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in residential property management, knowledge of tenant laws, and excellent customer service. This in-office role offers a starting salary around $70,000 plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of residential property management experience.
• Knowledge of tenant and eviction laws.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and property management software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Train team members for positions and ongoing development.
• Lead leasing process with effective sales strategies.
• Maintain property appearance through daily walks and remediation of deficiencies.
• Support maintenance through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Oversee financial operations: billing, budgeting, and variance reporting.
• Manage rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements.
• Stay informed about market conditions and property development.
