Job summary

You will manage financial operations including budgeting, invoicing, and variance reporting, while coordinating maintenance and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in residential property management, strong knowledge of tenant laws, and proficiency with Office 365 and property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' residential property management experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience with property management software; willingness to learn new software.
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Train team members for positions, initial and ongoing.
• Manage leasing process with effective sales strategies and follow-through.
• Perform daily property walks, document deficiencies, and coordinate improvements.
• Support maintenance operations with preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Handle billing, budgeting, invoicing, and monthly variance reporting.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements.
• Stay informed about local market conditions and property development.
