Olen Living is seeking a skilled Property Manager for Sanctuary Cove Apartments in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time, in-office role focuses on operations, leasing, and team leadership to drive resident satisfaction and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential property management experience, strong knowledge of tenant/eviction laws, and proficiency with Office 365 and property management software. Some flexibility in schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years residential property management experience with knowledge of tenant and eviction laws.
• Proficiency with Office 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience with property management software and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Train team members for allocated positions, both initially and ongoing.
• Lead leasing process with effective sales strategies and follow-through.
• Maintain property appearance with daily property walks and address deficiencies.
• Support maintenance by coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor on preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Handle timely financial operations: billing/invoicing, budgeting and monthly variance reporting.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency and move-out statements.
• Stay informed on current market conditions and property development.
