Olen Living is seeking a skilled, full-time Property Manager for Sanctuary Cove Apartments in West Palm Beach, FL. You’ll lead leasing, maintenance, and financial operations while delivering exceptional customer service and team leadership.

You’ll manage a busy, results‑driven property with a strong focus on resident satisfaction, retention, and performance metrics, reporting to the property management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of residential property management experience.
• Knowledge of tenant and eviction laws.
• Proficient with Office 365 and SharePoint; experience with PM software.
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct leasing and sales administration for the community.
• Lead maintenance initiatives and ensure timely, organized make-readies.
• Monitor financial operations: billing, budgeting and variance reporting.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies and move-out statements.
• Stay informed on market conditions and opportunities for improvement.
