Job summary

Olen Living in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Leasing Consultant for a full-time, in-office role to maintain high occupancy and assist residents. You will conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-in activities, using leasing and MS Office tools.

The position requires 2–3 years of residential leasing experience and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 with bonuses considered; benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
• Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
• Experience working with property management software is a plus and willingness and capability to learn new software.
• Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
• Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
• Able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.
• Utilizes resident, prospect and revenue management software systems for leasing activity.
• Maintains closing ratio based upon the needs of the community.
• Processes rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval.
• Follows through and assumes accountability for overall move-in program.
• Assists in initiating and closing out service requests.
• Conducts market surveys of comparable properties.
• Assists with outreach marketing program.
• Helps plan, schedule, organize and participate in resident functions.
