Olen Living is seeking a skilled, full-time Property Manager for a Delray Beach, FL multi-family community. You will lead leasing, maintenance, and daily operations while driving resident satisfaction and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential property management, strong customer service, and proficiency with Office 365 and property management software. This in-person role offers a competitive salary, bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years’ residential property management experience with working knowledge of tenant and eviction laws.
• Experience with Office 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience working with property management software.
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Direct leasing activities, leasing administration, and maintenance initiatives at the property.
• Ensure all team members are trained for their positions, initially and on an ongoing basis.
• Perform daily property walks and address deficiencies to improve appearance and operations.
• Support maintenance operations with preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Manage financial operations including billing, budgeting, and monthly variance reporting; oversee rent collection and delinquency statements.

They are accountable for all aspects of their property’s operations, including financial performance, resident satisfaction and retention, and developing an engaged and productive team. They monitor a wide array of performance metrics, implement strategies to meet operational and leasing goals, analyze and respond to changing market conditions, and identify areas for improvement.
