Plantation Bay is seeking an experienced Property Manager / Leasing Agent in Ormond Beach, FL. The role supports a premier master-planned community and requires an active Florida Real Estate License, plus 3-5 years in residential property management and leasing.

You will work with Sales, Legal, Finance, and HOA teams, ensuring contract accuracy and compliance while delivering exceptional service to residents in a community-focused environment. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License.
• 3-5 years of residential property management and leasing experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Property Management Software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Florida leasing and real estate regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contracts; ensure residential sales contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Manage contract execution; coordinate approvals, execution, and distribution of contracts and addenda.
• Serve as cross-functional liaison with Sales, Legal, Finance, Closing, and Division Leadership on contract-related matters.
• Maintain contract systems and documentation; manage legal forms, contract records, HOA documents, and sales information in Mark Systems.
• Train and support Sales Associates; provide guidance on contract procedures, documentation requirements, and company policies.
