Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Minneapolis is seeking a full-time Operations Delivery Supervisor to assist with daily management of the delivery operations staff and oversee fleet performance. This role focuses on coordinating drivers, monitoring routes, and maintaining compliance with safety and company procedures.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in operations, strong MS Office skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in operations/logistics or a related area.
  • Proficient in MS Office and business software.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the delivery operations staff and oversee daily activities.
  • Monitor delivery fleet using MobileCast and Roadnet.
  • Support performance management, including hiring, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain driver attendance, PTO, and compliance with safety and company policies.
  • Provide coaching to drivers on customer service, productivity, and safety.
  • Oversee invoicing, paperwork, returns, and collections for daily deliveries.
  • Interface with customers to resolve discrepancies and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams.
  • Administer workers’ compensation, incentives, and safety programs.
  • Handle beverage alcohol product in accordance with company policies.
