Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Delivery Operations Manager to assist with the daily management of the operations delivery staff in Minneapolis, MN. You will support the delivery operations team, monitor fleet, and partner with sales, warehouse, and customer service to ensure safe, efficient service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of experience, strong MS Office and presentation software skills, and proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related area.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or in a team, meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively aide in managing the delivery operations team.
• Monitor delivery fleet using MobileCast and/or Roadnet.
• Recommend and/or perform performance management actions including hiring, transfers, and discipline.
• Maintain driver attendance records, sick days, vacation, etc.
• Train drivers in safe driving and delivery process.
• Ride along with drivers to coach customer service, productivity, and safety.
• Payroll oversight including attendance records and PTO.
• DOT compliance responsibilities and drug screening.
• Verify and process daily driver invoices and paperwork.
• Interface with customers to resolve discrepancies and build relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, delivery and customer service.
• Administer workers’ compensation, incentives and safety programs.
• Handle beverage alcohol product responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
