Job summary

Premier-Midwest Beer & Beverage seeks a Delivery Supervisor to manage a team of CDL drivers and oversee day-to-day delivery operations. The role includes dispatching routes, coaching drivers, and ensuring DOT and medical card compliance.

You will publish daily Roadnet reports and work closely with the Transportation Manager to resolve discrepancies and maintain safety standards across the fleet.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CDL license required or agreement to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire.
• 3+ years in delivery driver position.
• 1+ years’ supervisor experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, directs, counsels drivers on performance and expectations.
• Oversee daily dispatch and field training with drivers.
• Publish three Roadnet reports daily to Branch Management, including the daily cases report.
• Support Transportation Manager with duties and issue resolution for delivery personnel.
• Conduct monthly safety training meetings and performance evaluations.
• Ensure DOT files and medical cards are current for all CDL drivers.
