Job summary

Tristar Beverage, LLC. is seeking a talented and self-motivated Delivery Supervisor to lead our delivery team. The role emphasizes safety, timely product delivery, and achievement of sales targets, while upholding the company's image through neat displays and clean stores.

You will coach Delivery Representatives, assign routes, perform pre-trip inspections, ensure DOT and CDL compliance, and contribute to training opportunities that drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A, a DOT Medical Card, and proof of personal auto insurance.
• Experience supervising delivery teams and routes is preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery team and assign routes to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Coach Delivery Representatives in field and during ride-alongs to improve performance.
• Ensure DOT compliance, driver hours of service, and safe vehicle operation; manage inspections.
• Perform general administrative duties for the Delivery Team and communicate with payroll.
