Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan in Manchester, CT is seeking a skilled manager to lead customer delivery teams and warehouse staff. The role emphasizes safety, operational excellence, and the ability to foster partnerships within a large retail network.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; leadership and operational management experience is a plus.

• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs are needed.
• Knowledge of computer Routing System is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer delivery teams and warehouse associates.

Expectations: Yearly salary $55,000-$65,000

• Accountable for commitment to Raymour and Flanigan's safety procedures and guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
