Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses in New Jersey seeks an operations leader to supervise delivery teams and warehouse staff, ensuring safety and efficiency in daily logistics.

You will coach and develop people, drive a high-energy team culture, align with company policies, and collaborate with service centers, distribution centers, showrooms, and customers to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Operational management experience is a plus; analytical thinking valued.
• Strong written and spoken communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new programs.
• Knowledge of routing systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements
