Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is seeking an operations leader in Manchester, CT to guide delivery and warehouse teams. You will ensure safety, drive efficiency, and foster collaboration to deliver excellent customer experiences.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to coach staff while implementing company policies and procedures. This position offers full-time hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.

Expectations: Yearly salary $55,000-$65,000

• Accountable for commitment to Raymour and Flanigan's safety procedures and guidelines.
• Provide leadership to customer delivery teams and warehouse associates.
• Consistently maintain energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to flourish within a team environment.
• Proven ability to foster partnerships and establish realistic goals.
• Training, coaching and developing people.

• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Physical Requirements
