Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee receiving, shipping, and preparation processes at our Seekonk, MA facility. You will train associates on equipment and warehouse software, uphold safety policies, and ensure accurate inventory and exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and reliable communication to motivate the team and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; two years of college coursework.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new programs.
• Two years of operational management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach, audit, and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Train associates on order picker, electric pallet jack, and stand-up forklift.
• Train on use of warehouse management systems.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, and preparation to maintain perfect product flow.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Two years operational management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
