Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses seeks an experienced operations leader to provide guidance to delivery teams and warehouse staff. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer experience across service centers, distribution centers, showrooms, and customers.

Ideal candidates will have an associates degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to train and coach staff while implementing company policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Operational management experience a plus.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Must have professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
• Knowledge of computer Routing System, preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
