Job summary

BNY Mellon’s Office of the CFO Delivery program offers a 24-month rotational Analyst experience designed to translate strategy into actionable delivery. You will engage in structured onboarding, cross-functional collaboration, and hands‑on projects that connect business priorities to outcomes.

You will learn through enterprise-wide onboarding, meaningful project work, and mentorship, building the core skills for a successful early career in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business‑related and/or technology‑related majors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map processes and value streams to bring delivery journeys to life.
• Support PI and delivery planning, linking work to OKRs and tracking milestones, capacity, risks, and issues.
• Use AI-enabled tools to summarize delivery information and create actionable insights.
• Coordinate across teams to manage intake, priorities and dependencies, improving alignment.
• Develop updates and delivery-health insights for leadership on progress and outcomes.
• Contribute to playbooks and standards to improve delivery consistency and efficiency across BNY.
