Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sr. Station Leader to drive budget, people development and operations at a high‑volume Delivery Station, ensuring safety, quality and customer experience.

You will lead a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, mentor leaders, manage DSP relationships, and partner with Transport, Finance and HR to implement lean initiatives and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics or similar.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; Lean knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality and performance of delivery station operations.
• Lead and coach Operations, Area and Shift Managers; set clear expectations.
• Manage DSP relationships and cross‑functional partners.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership and drive improvements.
