The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and fast, decisive problem-solving to enhance the customer experience. Based at a last-mile delivery warehouse, you’ll interact with warehouse staff, delivery partners, and customers, contributing to a seamless logistics flow.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching and instant messenger tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email.
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs.

• Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers.

• Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule.
