Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Carteret, NJ to provide in-station, real-time support and help ensure packages arrive on time. You will connect customers with experts and handle inquiries in person, by phone and email.

You will work at a last-mile delivery facility, resolving issues, communicating clearly, and supporting customers throughout the delivery process. The role requires a flexible, full-time schedule and strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Customer Service is required.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent may be preferred for some roles.
• Experience understanding performance metrics and communicating results is beneficial.
• Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand is a plus.
