Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to lead post-sale technical efforts across our Data + AI Platform. You will work with sales and field engineering to accelerate adoption for strategic customers, guiding complex use cases and ensuring customer success.

This hybrid role blends technical leadership with commercial accountability, including working with diverse teams, driving production readiness, and enabling value realization for key accounts.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• 7+ years of technical project/program delivery in Data & AI domain.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to derive business value from projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical account strategy and execution for strategic use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive onboarding, enablement, and production of workloads.
• Serve as first point of contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status of use cases; coordinate with PS and support as needed.
• Develop and drive plans for adoption, governance, and escalation management with customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for new product innovations and upgrades.
