Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years experience with inbound/outbound call handling, scheduling, or administrative work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to delivery inquiries, no-shows, cancellations, and scheduled deliveries.
• Use computer systems to retrieve schedules and asset information.
• Update and prepare daily route schedules and manifests.
• Schedule delivery appointments and route drivers by skill set and DOT Hours of Service rules.
• Complete daily reports and ensure paperwork for on-time departure.
