Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers' routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track orders from stores and assign runs to drivers using dispatch software.
• Verify cash collected and correctly annotate delivery times on bills.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct deliveries.
• Collaborate with drivers to confirm correct routes.
• Communicate order status to customers over the phone.
• Assist drivers with route issues or other job aspects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
