Job summary

Parts Authority is seeking a dispatcher to join our high-energy team, coordinating driver routes and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries. The role requires practical, career-minded individuals who can adapt to a fast-paced distribution environment.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, and availability for various shifts. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within our growing company.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers' routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Use dispatch program to track orders and assign runs to drivers.
• Verify cash collected and update delivery times on bills.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct deliveries.
• Inform customers about order status over the phone.
• Assist drivers with route issues and other tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
