Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as an assistant dispatcher or dispatcher.
• Extensive knowledge of area roads.
• Experience coordinating multiple drivers.
• Prior experience in an auto parts store is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use dispatch program to track orders and organize driver runs.
• Support lead Dispatcher with driver money handling and delivery timing on bills.
• Assist Parts Pullers to ensure correct deliveries.
• Verify routes with drivers and update customers on order status.
• Provide customer updates by phone; handle routing issues and questions.
• Maintain workplace safety and perform other duties as assigned.
