Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers' routes and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Use the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/distribute runs to drivers.
• Ensure drivers count money collected and record delivery times on bills.
• Work with Parts Pullers to ensure deliveries go out correctly.
• Ensure drivers know the correct routes.
• Update customers by phone on the status of their orders.
• Assist drivers who have difficulty with routes or other aspects of the job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
