Parts Authority in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Dispatcher with strong customer service experience to join our fast-paced team. The Dispatcher will be the main contact with customers and coordinate driver routes to ensure on-time deliveries.

We value reliability and clear communication. Requirements include a current, valid driver's license and 1–2 years of warehouse experience; open availability for various shifts and overtime is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Must have open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers' routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track orders from other stores and set up/distribute runs to drivers.
• Ensure driver collects money and updates delivery times on bills.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct deliveries.
• Communicate status updates to customers by phone.
• Assist drivers with route issues and other job duties as assigned.
