Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Delivery Project Manager (II) to lead customer-facing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope. Strong project management expertise and stakeholder communication are essential for success.

You will oversee planning, execution, and closure, coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to meet quality standards and customer expectations. This role requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, timelines and risks.
• Define and manage project scope aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate communication with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide concise updates.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
